TIPS AND TRICKS

1. You can place ANY roof on top of the bulkhead area. It is just not limited to flooring.
However, you do NEED the flooring to build. All of it can be deleted once done.

2. Windows can not generally be placed on the actual bulkhead section because they stick up at the top!
However, if you build a second story on top of the bulkhead, Numenor's glass wall windows can be placed on the actual bulkhead area and will become invisible on the second story wall. You can also add those windows right above on the second story for a longer window effect.
Most other windows will not give you a nice seamless effect. But you can play around with this option with windows you have.

3. Bulkhead heights can be adjusted!
This applies to both foundation and non-foundation homes.
If the home is non-foundation, just raise your ground to the desired height and place the foundation block and proceed.
Just play with the depths of lowering your ground if the home is on a foundation.
