To download my buildings, you will require all of the above.
All of my older buildings in my Yahoo Groups are BASE GAME.

You may use my "stuff" in homes you build on your FREE PERSONAL WEBSITE or on FREE based FORUMS.
All past gifts and donation sets are now free and available, and can be used in your houses you offer for download. Please do not email me directly for these files. You can request them on any free forum and such.
Please don't hotlink my images and file downloads. It doubles my bandwidth. There is really no good reason I can think of to hotlink, considering there are now a million free photo and file hosting sites out there.
If you wish to use one of my textures/images on anything you are making for the game (objects or otherwise), please give credit. You don't have to email me for permission, but a head's up to see your creation would be nice :)
All of my textures I have made myself. Most of the images behind those textures I have made myself with my digital camera, and Photoshop. All brushes that I use I have made myself. The image textures that are not personally made by me were found on free sites or paid for on Turbo Squid.
Since the release of TS3 and patterns, my TOS on using my textures does not apply. More information coming soon with the launch of my new site.
